  • 2.3 job title & profession;
  • 2.4 contact information such as email addresses and telephone numbers;
  • 2.5 demographic information such as post code, preferences and interests;
  • 2.6 financial information such as credit / debit card numbers;
  • 2.7 IP address (automatically collected);
  • 2.8 web browser type and version (automatically collected);
  • 2.9 operating system (automatically collected);
  • 2.10 a list of URLS starting with a referring site, your activity on this Web Site, and the site you exit to (automatically collected); and
  • 2.11 Cookie information (see Clause 10 below).

3. Our Use of Data

  • 3.1 Any personal Data you submit will be retained by for as long as you use the Services and Systems provided on the Web Site. Data that you may submit through any communications System that we may provide may be retained for a longer period of up to one year.
  • 3.2 Unless we are obliged or permitted by law to do so, and subject to Clause 4, your Data will not be disclosed to third parties. This includes our affiliates and / or other companies within our group.
  • 3.3 All personal Data is stored securely in accordance with the principles of the Data Protection Act 1998. For more details on security, see Clause 9 below.
  • 3.4 Any or all of the above Data may be required by us from time to time in order to provide you with the best possible service and experience when using our Web Site. Specifically, Data may be used by us for the following reasons:
  • 3.4.1 internal record keeping;
  • 3.4.2 improvement of our products / services;
  • 3.4.3 transmission by email of promotional materials that may be of interest to you;
  • 3.4.4 contact for market research purposes which may be done using email, telephone, fax or mail. Such information may be used to customise or update the Web Site.

4. Third Party Web Sites and Services

may, from time to time, employ the services of other parties for dealing with matters that may include, but are not limited to, payment handling, delivery of purchased items, search engine facilities, advertising and marketing. The providers of such services do not have access to certain personal Data provided by Users of this Web Site. Any Data used by such parties is used only to the extent required by them to perform the services that requests. Any use for other purposes is strictly prohibited. Data provided by Users will, where it is relevant to any division so transferred, be transferred along with that division and the new owner or newly controlling party will, under the terms of this Policy, be permitted to use the Data for the purposes for which it was supplied by you.
  • 5.2 In the event that any Data submitted by Users will be transferred in such a manner, you will be contacted in advance and informed of the changes. When contacted you will be given the choice to have your Data deleted or withheld from the new owner or controller.

  • 6.1 Wherever you are required to submit Data, you will be given options to restrict our use of that Data. This may include the following:

Who We Are

SoulCert AI is operated by Bernard-Davis-Edge Capital, LLC ("BDE Capital," "we," "us," or "our"), a Georgia limited liability company. Our principal place of business is Atlanta, Georgia.

Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal information:

  • Identity data: name, job title, employer/company name
  • Contact data: email address, phone number
  • Assessment data: responses to AI readiness assessment questions, competency scores, AI Readiness Score, SOUL document content
  • Payment data: billing information processed by Stripe (we do not store card numbers; see Stripe section below)
  • Voice and transcript data: audio recordings and transcripts of assessment sessions conducted via Sol, our AI voice agent (see Fireflies section below)
  • Usage data: pages visited, events triggered, referral source, browser and device type
  • Communications: messages you send us via email or SMS

We collect this information when you take the free AI Readiness Assessment, enroll in SoulCert AI Certification, communicate with us, or use our website at soulcert.ai.

How We Use Your Information

  • Generate and deliver your SOUL Document and AI Readiness Score
  • Process enrollment and payment for the SoulCert AI Certification ($199)
  • Activate your LearnWorlds course account and send access credentials
  • Send transactional messages: enrollment confirmations, course access notifications, start-date reminders
  • Respond to your support inquiries
  • Improve our assessment methodology and product experience
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for third-party advertising.

Stripe Payment Processing

All payment transactions are processed by Stripe, Inc. When you complete a purchase, your payment card information is submitted directly to Stripe and is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy. BDE Capital receives only a payment confirmation and transaction metadata (amount, date, last 4 digits). We do not store full card numbers, CVVs, or bank account numbers.

Fireflies Voice Recording

Our AI assessment agent Sol conducts voice-based assessment sessions. These sessions are recorded and transcribed using Fireflies.ai, an AI meeting transcription service. By participating in a voice assessment session, you consent to the recording and transcription of your audio.

Recordings and transcripts are used solely to generate your SOUL Document and AI Readiness Score. They are retained for a minimum of 90 days and may be retained longer for product improvement purposes. Fireflies processes this data subject to their Privacy Policy.

If you do not wish to be recorded, you may request a text-based assessment by contacting us at christien@bdecap.com.

SMS Communications and Opt-In/Opt-Out

By providing your phone number during checkout or the assessment process, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from Bernard-Davis-Edge Capital, LLC related to your enrollment, course access, and account status.

Message types include: enrollment confirmations, course start-date reminders, and LearnWorlds account activation notices.

Message frequency: Varies based on enrollment activity. Typically 1-3 messages per enrollment event.

To opt out: Reply STOP to any SMS message at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent. To re-enable, reply START.

SMS consent is not shared with any third party, except SMS delivery providers (GoHighLevel) who process messages on our behalf.

Data Sharing

We share your personal information only with service providers who help us deliver our product:

  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Fireflies.ai — voice transcription
  • LearnWorlds — course delivery and credentialing
  • GoHighLevel — CRM, SMS, and marketing automation
  • PostHog — product analytics (anonymized)

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for their own marketing purposes.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as needed to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Your SOUL Document and assessment data are retained indefinitely unless you request deletion. Payment records are retained for 7 years per standard accounting requirements.

Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. These measures include encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), access controls, and secure third-party service providers. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach that affects your rights, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, email christien@bdecap.com with your name and the email address associated with your account. We will respond within 30 days.

Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use our site. Analytics data is collected by PostHog and is used only for product improvement. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of SoulCert AI after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
